DELIVERIES TO EUROPEAN UNION ARE FREE OF CHARGE ON PURCHASES OVER 150€

Please note that any order made after 13.00h (GMT +1) on Friday and throughout Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched for delivery on the Monday of the following week. National holidays and local public holidays can also lead to delays in deliveries; the estimated delivery dates given on our website are calculated based on working days.

For security and speed, all orders are shipped using DHL. When we dispatch your order you will receive a tracking number by email that will allow you to check the status of your order and follow its progress at www.dhl.com.

Deliveries are made between 8.30h and 19.00h and will require a signature to ensure safe and secure delivery of your order.

INSURANCE

All ECLIPSE SUN BLOCK goods remain the property and responsibility of ECLIPSE SUN BLOCK until delivered to the specified delivery address and payment has been received in full. Items are insured against theft, loss and accidental damage during delivery. However, this issue will need to be proved by DHL in any case. If a delivery takes more than 8 working days, please contact us. Please notify us of this delay within 30 days from the estimated delivery date, so that we can deal with the incidence.

Please check that your shipment is correct on delivery. If there are any discrepancies or problems with your order, please contact us. Please keep all the ECLIPSE SUN BLOCK packaging in good order if you wish to make a claim.

Should you wish to exchange or return your purchase from ECLIPSE SUN BLOCK Online Store, you may do so in accordance with the terms set out in the Exchanges & Right.

PAYMENT METHODS (3D SECURE)

RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

REFUND AMOUNT

In case of return all the products price will be refunded. Reimbursement will be made to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase. The shipping costs generated from the return of the products will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

CHANGE AND RETURN DEADLINE

Online purchases can be changed within 30 days or be returned within 15 days.

CHANGE AND RETURN PROCEDURE

In order to complete your request please contact us to shop@eclipsesunbloch.com. We will give you an answer as soon as possible to make the refund. The product must be returned in perfect condition, with the copy of the invoice. You can also return your product in Barcelona at our offices at Carrer de l'Emancipació, 32 or ask us to manage the return from your address, we will contact directly with the delivery service.
